سياسة الشحن
في لمسة الدانة بوتيك (Lamsat Aldana Boutique)، نلتزم بتقديم تجربة تسوق مميزة من خلال توصيل طلباتكم بسرعة وأمان داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
معالجة الطلبات
- تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع.
- لا يتم تجهيز أو شحن الطلبات خلال العطل الرسمية أو عطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
مدة التوصيل
- يتم توصيل الطلبات داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ شحن الطلب.
قد تختلف مدة التوصيل في بعض الحالات بسبب الظروف الجوية أو المواسم المزدحمة أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا أو إرادة شركة الشحن.
رسوم الشحن
- يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام عملية الشراء وفقًا لعنوان التوصيل والوزن الإجمالي للطلب.
تتبع الطلب
- بمجرد شحن الطلب، سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع الشحنة إلى العميل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب لمتابعة حالة الطلب.
تعذر التسليم
يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف قبل إتمام الطلب، حيث لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية أي تأخير أو رسوم إضافية ناتجة عن معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.
